Inovav8 provides custom leads and automation solutions, including workflow automation software, Meta & Google Ad campaigns, AI Voice Agents, and seamless tool integrations designed to help businesses save time and convert more leads.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions (Stripe Terms)

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payment transactions securely. By making a purchase or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. Inovav8 does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Billing and Subscriptions:
Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fees at regular intervals (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription.

Inovav8 offers a text messaging program ("Inovav8 Alerts") to provide users with important service updates, appointment reminders, lead notifications, and account alerts.
Program Description:
Users who opt-in will receive SMS messages related to their Inovav8 account, automation workflows, lead updates, and customer support communications.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
